Hello! I'm Ting-Yu Nien from Taiwan. I’m a passionate Data Analyst with a strong track record of turning data into actionable insights that enhance customer experiences and drive innovation. Currently working as a CCX Data Analyst at Kraft Heinz (FMCG industry). I design and build interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) that empower culinary teams to make data-informed decisions, elevating both customer satisfaction and culinary strategy.

Beyond analytics, I lead digital transformation initiatives, focusing on the evaluation and enhancement of digital tools and workflows. I specialize in identifying gaps in data governance, scalability, and communication efficiency, and have successfully proposed and implemented solutions using platforms like Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to streamline operations and promote global knowledge sharing.

Graduated with a Master's degree in Human-Technology Interaction (HTI) from Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) in the Netherlands. ​
